We will meet at the wonderful Lake Morris just outside of Cairns at 8 am and finish at 12pm.
The day starts with a yoga session to increase awareness and balance in the body and mind, followed by a nurturing, healthy snack before we hop on a casual paddle around the lake.
A basic knowledge of yoga is preferable but not necessary and no experience with Paddle Boarding necessary.
The session is approximately 4 hours long, which includes a 70 min yoga session, a snack and the rental and two hours on the paddle board. You get this all for only $60.
The group will be small so make sure you secure your spot well in advance to avoid disappointment.
